The ACID 160 is the bike to sow the seed of off-road riding in any junior cyclist, and more than rugged enough to withstand the rough and tumble of adventurous exploring.

We fitted light but strong V-brakes with levers proportioned for small hands, so your aspiring mountain biker can control their speed easily. The gears are safely tucked out of harm's way, and everything from the handlbar to the saddle and grips is designed to fit a junior rider perfectly. Just add a sense of adventure and watch their confidence grow.

Frame description
Just like with our adult bikes, the ACID 160 blends the fun of responsive handling with the safety of stable, predictable steering – and the reassurance of having passed through our rigorous in-house testing processes. The lightweight 6061 aluminium frame features rounded edges and corners to help minimise the risk of injury, but it's also more than tough enough to stand up to enthusiastic use.
